The Rules

Over time as more and more research is done, different “Rules” will start to be added to this page. Studying these rules and applying them to your everyday life will improve your health and assist you with weight loss and health.

  1. Eat More Soup! Make a meal of it once a day if possible.
  2. Add 1 Tablespoon Ground Flaxseed to 2 meals a day.
  3. Start Drinking Fresh Brewed Ginger Tea or Ginger Ale (Sweetened with Stevia)
